BIS hallmarking without the paperwork
HUID billing software — HUID on every bill and tag.
Every hallmarked gold piece carries a six-character HUID. Auromine MPOS Jewelry Software keeps it with the piece from stock to sale – on the tag, on the GST invoice and in a HUID register you can show on demand. Jewellery software made by jewellers; free to start.
Free forever plan · Paid from ₹2,999 a year · No installation needed
Why jewellers choose it
Auromine MPOS Jewelry Software
HUID stays with the piece
Enter the HUID once on the item. It prints on the barcode tag and comes onto the bill line automatically when you sell it.
No duplicate HUIDs
The app stops you saving the same HUID on two pieces, so a mis-tagged item is caught at the counter, not at an inspection.
HUID register report
See which HUIDs came in, which are still in stock, and which went out on which bill to which customer. Pieces with a missing or wrong-length HUID are listed for you to fix.
Search by HUID
Type a HUID in search to find the piece, its weight and its bill in seconds.
Bill in 5 seconds
Weight, purity, making charges and wastage calculate as you type. GST invoice, estimate or approval in seconds.
HUID & hallmark ready
Record HUID per piece, search by HUID and print it on the invoice and tag.
Old gold exchange
Take old gold or silver against a new bill with purity and deduction worked out for you.

Questions
HUID billing software — the usual questions
What is HUID?
HUID (Hallmark Unique Identification) is the six-character code BIS gives each hallmarked piece of gold jewellery. Hallmarking is compulsory for gold jewellery in the notified districts.
Does the HUID print on the invoice?
Yes. The HUID is printed against the item on the GST invoice, and it can also be printed on the barcode tag.
What if two pieces have the same HUID?
The app will not save a HUID that is already on another piece and tells you which piece has it.
Is there a HUID report?
Yes. The HUID register lists HUIDs in stock and sold, with bill and customer, and flags pieces with a missing or wrong-length HUID.
How much does it cost?
Pearl is free forever (30 invoices/month, 200 items). Paid plans are ₹2,999 to ₹9,999 per year, with a 21-day full trial and no card needed.
